All items are considered "open" or "used" unless otherwise noted as "sealed" or "mint". Every one of our items is graded following the Goldmine Standard for grading. Grading of records, tapes, and CDs is subjective. Every attempt is made to grade as accurate as possible. Each item description is specific to that item. Any issues, defects, anomalies, accessories etc are listed.

All orders will ship on the next business day although every attempt will be made for same day shipping. USPS tracking number will be provided once item(s) have shipped. If there are any issues which will cause a delay, you will be notified via email address provided at checkout. Additional shipping information can be found on our shipping page.
Return Policy
Item(s) may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, which will not be refunded. Item(s) are to be returned in original shipping package to prevent damage. Item(s) can be returned via media mail (cheapest option) and tracking number must be provided to Mr Records USA LLC. Please contact Mr Records USA LLC prior to any returns via message on Contact page or email mrrecordsusa@gmail.com . Once item(s) are received and condition verified, refund will be issued.

SEALED ITEM RETURNS
SEALED - If the item is returned still sealed, full purchase price will be refunded providing the item is not returned damaged.

OPENED/UNSELAED - Certain (NOT ALL) sealed items are subject to a reduced refund, if returned opened. Once a sealed item is opened, its value (market and resale) is reduced. These specific sealed items will be designated with a *REDUCED REFUND ALERT* along with the percentage of the purchase price that will be refunded. These restrictions will be noted in the “NOTES” section on applicable items.
