Mr Records USA is always reviewing shipping policies for best cost. Currently all records, tapes, cds, and videos are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Media Mail is currently the cheapest method plus a tracking number is provided. Media Mail service is about a 5 to 7 day delivery timeframe from date shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track status on the USPS website.

Currently shipping to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Current time frame for delivery is 2-4 weeks from shipping date depending upon service selected.

All shipping is via USPS (United States Postal Service). Mr Records USA LLC is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, damaged, missing, or undeliverable for any reason. Any items considered lost, stolen, damaged, missing, or undeliverable are not subject to a refund. Mr Records USA LLC is not responsible for any items delayed in customs.  Mr Records USA LLC is not responsible for any VAT fees, additional taxes or  duties imposed by customs or the EU. Responsibility for paying these taxes is on the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping price.

Mr Records USA LLC will fill out all associated customs forms and will provide associated tracking number once shipped. If additional tracking is purchased, those tracking number(s) will be provided as well at time of shipment. USPS website link will be provided, with shipping confirmation, to track package.

Shipping charges include postage, packing and shipping materials.
